1.1 Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Yes, we do! Actually we have one of the Netherlands' biggest stores. Both when it comes to square feet showroom as well as the product range we have in stock. We’re currently based in Roosendaal, The Netherlands. Here you can experience almost all of the products that you find on our website. You can try them on and get advice from a trained Product Expert.

1.2 How can I track my order online?

Use the tracking number that was sent to you by email to track it on the DHL website: https://www.dhl.de/en/privatkunden.html 

1.3 What do I do if my purchase doesn’t fit?

Buying online can be a bit difficult, so our store policy allows for free shipping for orders above 200 euros and your return within 100 days if you’d like to change something for another size. Check out our Return Requirements.

1.4 When will my order arrive?

If you’re within the EU, then you can expect your order to arrive within a week and if you’re outside the EU it should take about 2 weeks. All our orders are fulfilled via DHL so, once you’ve finished placing your order, you’ll received your tracking code, so you know exactly when you start riding with your new purchase. If you have any questions about the process, you can always contact us.

1.5 Do you ship to my country?

The short answer is yes! We ship all over the world, except for a small number of countries. If you head to the check out and your country is listed, then we can ship it. If you’re outside the EU, you also don’t pay VAT (you can see the final price in the checkout once you’ve selected your destination country) though you may be responsible for local import taxes.

1.6 Do you sell helmets to resellers?
In some cases we do and in some cases we don't. If you are wondering what the conditions are, you can send us an email to [email protected] to discuss conditions. The answers depends on several criteria. We like to look at it on an individual level before we decide if we can deliver to resellers.
1.7 My helmet broke and it wasn’t my fault, can I replace it?

If your helmet has in some way broken and is still covered by the original warranty, make sure to send the helmet back to us where we will return it to the manufacturer so the helmet can be fixed or replaced before we send it back to you. Before you do, please contact us to coordinate a smooth warranty processing.

1.8 My payment hasn’t gone through, what went wrong?

Due to fraud protection policies a transaction can be blocked. This is being done by our payment provider (who processes any payment to assure a secure payment). This process is beyond our control. If your credit card gets refused, the best solution is to use PayPal or a Bank Transfer. Check out our Bank Details here.

1.9 What size should I buy?

You can find a list of helmet sizing guides at the bottom of this page or you can watch our How to Size and Your Helmet video. If you’re in between a size in a company size guide, it’s best to go for the slightly smaller size. If you’re still unsure, you can always give us a call and we’re more than happy to help.

1.10 Can I use a discount code in addition to a bundle deal?

Due to the large discounts already placed on the bundle deal, an additional discount code cannot be added on top of the bundle deal purchase. So, either the discount code or the bundle deal can be used, but not both.

1.11 How can you give me a better deal than your competitors?

While this question also depends on a variety of factors like head fit and personal preference, we’ve also used our road test experience to try and determine the best brand. You can find the results on our YouTube channel.

1.20 Do you sell quality helmets?

Yes, we only sell high quality helmets from top brands such as AGV, Shoei, Arai, and more. To test their quality out, we also take these helmets out on our road test the results of which are available on our YouTube channel.

1.21 What is the difference between polycarbonate, fiberglass, composite, and carbon fiber motorcycle helmets?

Though all three materials will be safe for motorcycle riding, each has its own unique properties that will make them better for certain applications. For example, though polycarbonate may be heavier than fiberglass or carbon fiber helmets, it will also perform better in low speed collisions.
